Premium tyres
Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone, Pirelli, Goodyear and Dunlop. Heavy research spend tends to show in wet braking, tread life and low noise. The usual choice for high mileage, performance cars and wet motorway miles.
Michelin, Continental, Hankook, Falken and more, sourced to your car's size and budget and fitted at home, work or a safe spot away from traffic. The full price is agreed on the call before any work.
The brand tells you who made the tyre, not how good that tyre is for your car. We fit premium, mid-range and good budget brands, sourced to your car's size and budget, then fitted and balanced at your home, work or a safe spot away from traffic.

The tiers are not official categories, and a strong mid-range tyre can beat an older premium pattern, so the tier is where the conversation starts.

Hankook, Falken, Toyo, Yokohama, Kumho, Nexen, Firestone, Uniroyal and Avon. The best patterns deliver much of a premium tyre's wet safety for noticeably less, which suits most everyday family cars.
The most varied tier. A reputable budget tyre with sound label grades suits a low-mileage or older car; the weakest fall away in the wet. We never fit part-worn tyres.
For a longer look at each tier, see our guides on choosing the right tyre brand and budget vs premium tyres.
We have written an honest review of each of these brands, drawing on EU label grades and independent tests from the ADAC, Auto Bild and Auto Express.
Two tyres in the same size can feel very different. The differences show up in four places.
Not always. An entry pattern from a famous maker can trail a newer mid-range tyre, so compare the exact pattern, its label grades and recent test results. High mileage and performance cars lean premium, an average family car suits a strong mid-range tyre, and a low-mileage runabout can sensibly go budget if the wet grip grade is decent. Our guides to Michelin, Continental and budget tyre safety go into the detail.
It also helps to know who makes what. Firestone is part of Bridgestone. In Europe, Uniroyal belongs to Continental. Avon is part of Goodyear. Falken belongs to Sumitomo Rubber Industries, which also bought the Dunlop brand in Europe from Goodyear in 2025.
Many cars leave the factory on original equipment (OE) tyres developed with the carmaker, marked with a code on the sidewall. If yours have one, tell us.
Michelin advises that a non-approved replacement may change how the car performs or feels, so where a marked version exists in your size we quote it first. We also recommend the same brand and pattern across an axle.
No garage visit. You choose the brand, and the fitter brings the tyres to the car.
Send the sidewall size, for example 205/55 R16 91V, with your reg and location. A WhatsApp photo works well.
We confirm the options by tier, budget, mid-range and premium, with any brand you asked for, and give you the full fitted price on the call.
The fitter comes to your home, work or a safe spot away from traffic, fits and balances the new tyres, sets the pressures and takes the old tyres away.
The wheels go back on at the correct torque and the pressures are set to the car maker's figure. New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Before you call: check a size with our tyre size calculator, how old a tyre is with the tyre date code checker, and pressures with the PSI to bar converter. What goes into the price is explained in how we price a mobile tyre fitting.

We work from one base at Brent Cross, NW2, and the further away the car is, the longer the drive. For towns as far out as the Midlands we tell you on the call whether we can take the job, and the arrival time is always given on the call.
Send your size and reg, pick your tier and get the full price confirmed on the call before any work.
