We do not work anywhere on the M5, junctions 3 and 4 included, or on its slip roads. If a tyre goes there, leave at the next junction if it is safe to do so, or call your breakdown cover.
The A491 ring road around the town centre, the A458 and the A451 are busy main roads. If the tyre goes on one of them, move the car into a side street first, but only if it can be moved safely.
The car parks at Stourbridge Junction station, the Ryemarket and the Crown Centre are run by their operators, so we need the operator's permission before working there.
We need firm, level ground with room to work beside the car: a driveway, a legal parking space on a quiet street, or a car park where the owner allows it. Supermarket, retail park and station car parks are private ground, so the owner's permission comes first.
